With the untimely departure of New Hampshire radio talk host Jack Heath from the airwaves just two weeks before Election Day, NHJournal is going to step up and help fill the news gap with a daily podcast available every weekday morning.

Presented by the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, the podcast will be hosted by NHJournal’s Michael Graham and the JBC’s President Drew Cline. It will feature interviews with the candidates and newsmakers New Hampshire wants to hear, and feature analysis of the political news of the day.

In the first episode, we catch up with Republican U.S. Senator Tom Cotton, who was out campaigning with GOP congressional candidate Matt Mowers. Sen. Cotton talks about what it means to be a Republican after four years of the Trump presidency, and his plans to take on Big Tech in the wake of their treatment of the New York Post and others over posting content about Joe Biden’s son Hunter.

Also on the show: Gov. Sununu’s decision to take Massachusetts to court over the commuter tax, and the COVID-19 numbers the media never report.

Here’s a link to share the podcast with friends, co-workers and fellow political junkies in New Hampshire. Thanks!
