For decades, the abortion industry’s role in vaccine development has been deliberately hidden from the public. Sanitized terms like “fetal tissue” and “cell lines” mask the gruesome reality: babies are killed, their organs harvested, and their remains exploited for profit. Even many pro-lifers have no idea that some shots required by state law are tied to abortion. When New Hampshire mandates these vaccines, the state is not only trampling on parental rights but also forcing its citizens into moral complicity with an industry built on the destruction of innocent human life.
The root of the problem is the vaccine paradigm itself — a system of government mandates combined with liability immunity for pharmaceutical companies. Under the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, manufacturers of vaccines placed on the CDC’s childhood schedule cannot be sued in civil court for injuries or deaths their products cause. Instead, claims are shunted into a taxpayer-funded compensation program that has quietly paid out billions. With mandates guaranteeing a captive market and liability shields protecting profits, the industry has no incentive to change course. Instead, it doubles down on its most convenient and lucrative methods — including the continued exploitation of aborted children.
This is not speculation. The record is clear. Each so-called “fetal cell line” represents dozens, if not hundreds, of abortions. The famous WI-38 line, created in 1962 and still used for vaccines today, came only after dozens of failed attempts. Dr. Stanley Plotkin, one of the most celebrated vaccine researchers in history, admitted under oath that scores of babies were used in developing just one line, with multiple organs harvested from each. These were not medical emergencies; the abortions were done for “social” reasons, and researchers stood ready to dissect the remains. According to embryology expert Dr. C. Ward Kischer, preserving usable cells requires pre-arranged abortions, with tissue removed within minutes of delivery. In some cases, as documented by Dr. Bernard Nathanson and later exposed by David Daleiden’s undercover investigations, babies were delivered alive so their organs could be taken while still fresh.
This is not a relic of the past. Cell lines are not immortal. They degrade over time, forcing the industry to pursue new ones. And because pharmaceutical companies enjoy liability immunity, there is no financial pressure to find ethical alternatives. The abortion industry, meanwhile, reaps the benefits of selling baby body parts to eager researchers. The arrangement is as profitable as it is grotesque: premeditated abortion, followed by premeditated harvesting, for the sake of products that the government then compels the public to consume.
All of this has been kept deliberately hidden. Americans are told that vaccines are “life-saving,” while the lives sacrificed to create them are erased with sterile terminology. We are told about “cell lines” rather than children, about “fetal tissue” rather than tiny organs taken from still-living babies. Language itself has been corrupted to obscure the horror, so that even many devotedly pro-life families have been left in the dark about the origins of the shots their children are required to take.
But the truth is coming out. The Daleiden videos, over a decade ago, showed abortion executives haggling over prices for baby livers. Plotkin’s sworn testimony confirmed the scale of fetal exploitation. Nathanson’s accounts exposed the grisly details of tissue extraction from live babies. And whistleblowers continue to reveal the seamless cooperation between abortionists and researchers. The evidence is overwhelming: abortion and vaccines are tied together, not accidentally, but by design.
New Hampshire must not be complicit. Vaccine mandates force citizens into participation with an industry rooted in the destruction of human life. They deny parents the freedom to protect their children from products developed through abortion, and they violate the conscience rights of every pro-lifer in the state.
Ending mandates would not end vaccines. Families who want them would remain free to choose them. But it would remove the state’s heavy hand from coercing the unwilling into a system of moral hazard and hidden bloodshed.
Pro-lifers in New Hampshire cannot afford to ignore this any longer. The abortion lobby and its allies in the pharmaceutical industry have thrived precisely because the truth has been hidden. Once exposed, it demands a response. To defend the unborn consistently, we must recognize that the vaccine mandate regime is not morally neutral — it is complicit in abortion.
This is the hidden pro-life issue of our time. To remain silent is to acquiesce. To act is to defend both parental rights and the sanctity of human life. The first step is clear: New Hampshire must repeal vaccine mandates and refuse to force its citizens into partnership with the abortion industry.
