On the heels of his endorsement from the New Hampshire Sheriff’s Association, Republican gubernatorial nominee Ovide Lamontagne today picked up the support of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of New Hampshire.
“Ovide’s economic agenda and personal experience with issues related to our industry give us confidence he will be a governor we can work with as someone who understands the importance of our industry and its role in New Hampshire’s economy. We believe he is the best choice to lead our state in its quest for economic revitalization,” stated Russ Collins, who chairs the group’s Government Affairs Committee, who chairs the group’s Government Affairs Committee.
As the Lamontagne press release noted, HBRANH counts over 1,100 Granite State companies as members, totaling out to representation of over 60,000 employees.
“A strong and vibrant housing market, supported by the employers and employees of the HBRANH, is critical to New Hampshire’s economy and will be key to getting our economy going and putting our friends and neighbors back to work. I look forward to working with the HBRANH and their member companies and employees as governor to make New Hampshire the best place in the nation to live, work, and own a business,” stated Lamontagne in the press release.
