New Hampshire Republican Sen. Kelly Ayotte took to the Fox News airwaves to question comments from U.S. Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice regarding the recent attack on America’s consulate in Benghazi.
Rice has asserted that the attack was not “pre-planned” or representative of “hostility…toward the United States,” a characterization which Ayotte strongly rejected.
Ayotte’s interview on “America’s Newsroom” follows a letter co-authored with Sens. John McCain (R-AZ.), Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) urging Rice to “explain her inaccurate characterization of the Benghazi attack.”
